You’re about to get a huge dose of sexy, so if you can’t handle it, I suggest you switch channels.

Every man wants a piping hot siren whose sexiness oozes out of their body like they can’t hide it even if they wanted to.

The solution: be that woman.

It sounds simple because it is. I know you want to feel that way, so Make. It. Happen.  I don’t care if you don’t feel that way yet. Trust me, you will.  I’m going to share with you how.

Because all of these women have one thing in common…

They love themselves.  And they’re everyday women just like you and me.

I, too, have faced times when I looked in the mirror and I saw someone fat, ugly, and not worthy. “If only I were skinner like ten years ago,” I thought. Shoot, even then I thought I had more weight than I’d like. After a few years and two children I just looked at myself and was straight-up unhappy with what I saw.

Then my bestie (God bless her) found Mapuana Reed and told me, “She’ll make you feel beautiful again. I promise.”

I made all kinds of excuses not to go. I didn’t have the money. I didn’t have the time. I could’t spend that kind of money on just photos.

And then I went.  Scared.  Embarrassed. Naked… Almost.

The amazing hair and makeup artist, Malia Daraban, did my hair. We talked and got to know each other a bit.  Then she did my face. When she turned me around to see the mirror, I literally couldn’t believe how beautiful I was.  Mapu, with her care and ease, guided me through what I thought would be a terrible and embarrassing experience. Instead, I was laughing and having so much fun with these two awesome ladies… In underwear!

Mapu showed me the back of the camera and said, “this is what I see when I see you.” Tears ran down my eyes. I was beautiful. So beautiful. No photoshop needed.

I had lost myself somewhere in life and they truly brought ME back.

What I thought would be just some fun pictures for my husbands birthday turned into a priceless life-changing experience.  Growth, love, and acceptance for myself in unimaginable quantity.

And to this day, I see myself through that new filter.  And it’s amazing. I’m amazing. The things I have challenged myself to do are all because of this renewed life, confidence, and the ability to see the same beauty and greatness in every woman I meet.

I want you to love you… be someone you adore… and rock what God gave you.
